Ordering During Holidays
Our store and delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 3 days prior to the following holidays:
- Valentine's Day
- Mother's Day
If you order before 12:00 pm, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Sunday. For orders going outside of our local delivery area, we may require the order to be placed by 10:00 am for same-day delivery. For same day service on Weekend please order by 10:00 am.
All order placed after 12pm will be delivered following day.
We do not provide specific time deliveries, this is to maintain fairness to all of our customers, and in order to maintain the efficiency in our operations.
But for a special request, we will charge RM 40 for special delivery on the request time. We will hire a dedicated rider.
Normal delivery times are 10am-6pm daily for orders going to a business, 10am -7pm for orders to a residence. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm.
We will not take responsibility for the late delivery due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, and any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Our delivery area covers Klang Valley, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. We do not deliver to other state at this moment. This is to ensure the flowers/bouquet we delivered is at it’s best conditions.
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box addresses.
If the recipient is not home/office
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, Sender must arrange for delivery date and notify Freshia Florist. Sender are responsible to bear any delivery cost for second delivery attempt.
Recipient May be Contacted
In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Freshia Florist cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 2 Days before date of delivery. A 10% admin charge will be levied for cancellations.
A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations ( less than 2 days’ notice ).
For cancellation request received less than 24 Hours before the delivery time slot, the full purchase amount will apply.
Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement.
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered.

Change of Particulars
Changes to particulars such as address, card message and address must be made at least 1 day before delivery.
Exchanges / Refunds
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers
In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the gift within 24 hours from the time received. Emails can be channel to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Freshia Florist and its management promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
If we offer you a refund, please note that banks may take up to ten (10) business days to process and transfer the funds into your account.
A processing fee of RM5 or a 3% of the total purchase amount, whichever is higher, will be imposed on each refund made.
If the bouquet was picked up by buyer but only to be sent to the recipient the next day or after, the buyer is responsible to keep the flowers fresh and we will not be liable for the buyer’s neglect or mistreatment towards the flowers. Please ensure that the flowers are kept in a cold and well-ventilated area. Buyers must not leave the bouquet in anywhere that may be suffocating, hot, damp and/or under the sun. There will be no refund for such situation.
At Freshia Florist we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary, to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Freshia Florist and its management reserves the right to reject orders at its discretion.
